What are day care services

If someone wants to visit a day care, one of our dedicated staff will spend some time learning more about them, what they like and what they need. A taster day is a chance to see what the day care centre has to offer, so you can see if it's right for you.

Community choices promotes personal well-being and lifelong learning. We want our clients to live in their communities as much as possible, so we encourage them to take action to enhance their self-esteem and enjoy greater autonomy. Every client has the freedom to set their own priorities, and the type of services and activities they engage in will reflect their unique skills and aspirations.

Our day care centres provide morning, afternoon or full-day drop-in sessions. Local senior citizens can enjoy a variety of activities that are tailored to their interests, and they can also try new things.
