Our Adults day care provides more centre-based programs that will meet your needs, although we are usually open during the work week, our centre is extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
Day care is a great opportunity for people to socialize, get mentally stimulated, and get some exercise. By attending our Hope Day care means you will increase social interaction, social activities, assistance of trips, more structure, transportation help, and events/parties, giving you things to anticipate to and look forward to.

We know that every person is different and has unique needs, so we tailor our services to meet the needs of each patient with trained Care Specialists on site.

Our Hope Day Care is designed for individuals who need help with activities of daily living or who are withdrawn, isolated, and lonely. You will be at the centre with other individuals where you will be receiving assistance and supervision.

They are also perfect for family carers who need a break from their loved ones on a regular basis and want the assurance that their loved one is safe and resting in their own home.

Day Centres are designed for people who need someone to look after them during the day but would like to socialize and have a hot meal prepared for them.

Our Hope daycare service aims to provide person-centered opportunities and activities for our clients that are meaningful, recreational, social, and educational. Our Hope Day is a supervised program in a community group setting offered during the day to individuals with cognitive and or physical impairments to promote social, physical, and emotional well-being. These programs are particularly designed to offer a variety of activities to meet the needs and interests of each adult.
